Hi, my name is Pamela and I have been part of the 20/20 Optometry family for over four years. I started as the Front Desk Manager, then Finance Manager, and now proudly serving as one of the lead Dry Eye Specialists at the 20/20 Dry Eye Spa.
With a love for makeup and aesthetics, I was instantly drawn to the opportunity to help patients look and feel their best while treating dry eyes. From MiboFlo and LipiFlow to preparing patients for IPL, I find it incredibly rewarding to be part of their life-changing journey to healthier, more comfortable eyes.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing my patients leave feeling refreshed, confident, and empowered!

With over 15 years of experience in customer service, I love getting to know my patients and having that one-on-one interaction with them.

Personal Life

As a Guatemalan native, I came to the US at the young age of five. I am bilingual and able to assist any Spanish-speaking patients. In my spare time I love spending time with my family, exploring coffee shops, camping, and hiking.
