Welcome to our 20/20 Dry Eye Spa! During your program, we want you to maintain the gains you have following treatment. It is important for you to do daily maintenance and begin to adopt a new healthy daily habit, like brushing your teeth daily.

We have put together “how to” videos to educate you about how to perform the different procedures recommended by our doctors. These videos coincide with the written instructions that were given to you in your dry eye kit. These video “tips” will hopefully guide you to a more successful journey to relieving your dry eyes.
