Optometrist
Education & Experience
I moved to San Jose from Milwaukee in 2011 to care for my grandparents and have called the Bay Area home ever since.
I earned my Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2011 after graduating with honors in biomedical sciences and psychology from Marquette University in 2005. My clinical training focused on ocular diseases, contact lenses, and various areas of optometry, with hands-on experience at the Palo Alto VA Hospital, McCormick Vision Source, and the Illinois Eye Institute. I have a strong passion for diagnosing and treating dry eye disease, helping patients find relief and improve their quality of life.
Volunteering
Beyond practicing in the office, I’m dedicated to giving back through organizations like Onesight and the Lions Club, participating in local outreach programs to provide eye care for underserved communities. I strongly believe in the connection between physical and mental well-being and strive to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.
Personal Life
Outside of work and volunteering, I love exploring new places and creating lasting memories with my husband and two daughters.
