Dr. Thy Dinh, Optometrist

I first moved to San Jose from Milwaukee to take care of my grandparents in 2011 and have stayed in the Bay Area ever since.

I received my Doctor of Optometry degree in 2011 at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago and graduated with honors in biomedical sciences and psychology at Marquette University in 2005.  I completed my training in ocular diseases, contact lenses, and various areas of optometry at the Palo Alto VA Hospital, the McCormick Vision Source, and the Illinois Eye Institute.

I am an active member and volunteer at Onesite non-profit organization and travel around the world to provide free eye-care to underprivileged communities.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my husband and daughter, cooking, and taking care of my grandfather and 12-year-old rescued dog, Cookie.
